    Qualified — licence and insurance verified together

    Your builder's licence is confirmed against your state authority's public register, and your home building insurance is verified as current. Both must be in place. If either lapses, you come off the network until it is renewed. Franek only sends leads to builders in good standing.

    Franek reviews your completed projects and contacts previous clients. Active complaints with the state authority are flagged.

    Franek assesses whether you can deliver what you commit to. Overcommitted builders are not listed. Franek does not send leads to builders who cannot take them.

What if I sign up and no leads come?

Franek is honest about lead volume. At launch, lead flow will build as Franek's consumer presence grows. Your membership is month-to-month with no lock-in. If the leads are not coming, you cancel. Franek does not trap you in a contract and hope you forget.

What's the minimum commitment?

One month. No lock-in contracts. No 12-month terms. No exit fees. If Franek is not working for you after 30 days, you stop paying. Franek would rather lose a subscriber than keep one who is not getting value.

How many builders per suburb?

In premium and lifestyle postcodes: one. In growth corridors: a maximum of two. Franek does not add a third. The cap is structural, not a marketing claim. It is the reason the model works.

Can I hold multiple postcodes?

Yes. There is no minimum and no cap on how many you can hold. Most builders on Franek hold two to six postcodes across their operating area — a mix of suburbs that reflects where they actually build. You can add or drop postcodes month to month.

What happens if another builder wants my postcode?

They join the waitlist. Your territory is yours for as long as you are a paying member in good standing with a current builder's licence and insurance. Pricing is reviewed as Franek establishes lead volume and ROI data per territory — your rate is always confirmed with you in advance, never changed without notice.

How is Franek different from hipages?

The model is fundamentally different. hipages charges per lead and sends the same lead to multiple tradies. Franek charges a fixed monthly subscription per postcode and every lead is exclusive to your territory. hipages earns more when they sell more leads. Franek earns more when your leads convert. The incentives point in opposite directions.
